BJJ All Levels
The BJJ all levels classes are aimed at beginners to advanced. The class involves a warm-up consisting of exercises that involve core movements and principals that help develop mobility and understanding of key moments. After warming up, the instructor demonstrates techniques from a subject that aims to broaden the knowledge and understanding of various attacks, defenses, and escapes taught in detail with an explanation of key fundamentals and concepts. The class is finished with live sparring to hone, develop, and create a complete ground game.
