The fundamentals classes are designed for beginners and advanced students to go over basic concepts, ideas, and movements that are essential for a strong understanding and foundation in BJJ.  
 

Fundamental classes feature a warm-up aimed to develop coordination for BJJ, techniques that are applicable in various self-defense situations, learning of the various positions in BJJ, and an introduction to essential beginner BJJ techniques.
