Lamude BJJ is based at the Paragon Training Facility in Basildon, Essex. Luc Lamude offers high-level Brazilian jiu-jitsu and wrestling instruction for all experience levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners, in one of the UK’s premier training facilities.
